Bwindi Gorilla and Lake Bunyonyi community walk 4 Days

Day 1: Kampala – Bwindi Gorilla safari park

Your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable gorilla trekking forest National Park will start early after your break fast breakfast. The safari will take you through the grasslands of Ankole, have a
view of the famous long horned cattle. Continue to the Kigezi highlands reffred to as the Switzerland of Africa, your eyes will feast on very beautiful sights of the lust terraced hills and homesteads for photos before reaching Bwindi. On arrival you will check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight at Gorilla Resort or Buhoma community bandas

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking Safari

Get prepared for you gorilla tracking safari with a Short briefing at the park headquarters before the activity. You will then be led before the rangers lead you deep into this thick forest in search for the Gorillas. You will move up and down the rugged terrain until you finally meet these harmonious creatures that will entertain you with performances for a full hour. Return to your Lodge and afterwards go for a community walk.Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.

Day 3: Bwindi-Lake Bunyonyi

Take breakfast before transferring for your scenic journey to Kabale driving through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with terraced landscape. While sleeping at Lake Bunyonyi, you will visit the local community for traditional dances where you may take part and take a boat trip on the lake to various islands for bird watching and sight seeing. Dinner and overnight in Arcadia Cottages with a clear view of the Lake / Arcadia cottages.

Day 4: Lake Bunyonyi

Depart Lake Bunyonyi after breakfast and set for Kampala lunch en route. End of the safari.
